This is something we did last year that we thought would be fun again. It's a good workout running up and down the hills. It's not as fast as snow but not as wet either. Brad had a hard time getting started but then he got the hang of it. Daeli didn't want to leave.
We did this in broad daylight so I'm sure there will be a new sign posted within a couple days that reads: NO SLIDING/ PLAYING ON THE GRASS. That we be a very fitting sign for a military post.
Oh how creative we get for entertainment over Christmas break.

I definitely think a sign would be fitting, especially considering how well the grass is cared for and how beautiful it looks. I think a better title for this post would be "Sledding: Redneck Style".
Fun stuff! The last one with Mikey is so cute! And now my kids are asking if we can have a climbing wall in our next house :)
All I have to say (fighting to keep a straight face) is you are killing trillions of microbes that live under that grass....LOL!!!! At least you were creatively reusing some cardboard! Daeli's "I love it"...was too good:)
That is the coolest thing ever! I love it! Next year I'm coming along!
